NYSYLC is partnering with Community Resource Exchange (CRE) on a strategic planning process to chart the path forward for our organization.

As part of this process, CRE would like to hear about your experiences with NYSYLC and ask that you answer a brief SURVEY.  Your participation is vital in ensuring that all voices will inform the focus and priorities in this planning process. 

We encourage you to be candid. CRE will receive the survey responses directly from you and; your responses are anonymous. We will then summarize and analyze the responses and prepare a report of the broad themes to be shared with NYSYLC. 

We ask that you respond to the survey no later than July 21st. The survey should take about 8 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey please press “Submit” to ensure we receive your responses. If you have any questions, please reach out to Janine le Sueur at jlesueur@crecnyc.org.

NYSYLC se está asociando con Community Resource Exchange (CRE) en un proceso de planificación estratégica para trazar el camino a seguir para nuestra organización.
